Watching this keynote from Twilio’s developer conference was really stimulating in thinking about what user engagement looks like as “conversations eat apps”. Definitely a space to keep watching.
I was also impressed by:
– How Twilio models what being a diverse/inclusive employer looks like.
– The mindset that “everything is an API”.
– The ability to have a group chat with with each user engaging on the channel they prefer (WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger etc…).
– And the importance of making things simple for developers… I think increasingly coding will be a life skill.
